  • Children whose family income meets the Plan A income guidelines below.

  • Very low income households

If eligible in the month of filing, pregnant women, children who qualify for Plan A, and very low income parents and children are covered from the first day of the month in which the application is received.  Initial eligibility is for fee-for-service Medicaid until HMO enrollment is completed.
